People’s identities and accounts are compromised by cyber criminals every day. Below I demonstrate some very simple and easy to follow methods to help monitor your valuable information. If your email or accounts are compromised by hackers, you’ll want to know as soon as possible. I made this video to help those who are not IT professionals or in cybersecurity protect themselves from cyber criminals. You could also share these tips with your friends and family!
For additional protection methods on the internet, please make sure to use strong passwords (14 characters minimum, alphanumeric with special characters), don’t re-use passwords on sites, and set up multi-factor authentication.
