This past summer, I started studying and taking Juniper Associate certifications. After passing my JNCIA-JUNOS, JNCIA-SEC , JNCDA, JNCIA-Cloud, and JNCIA-DevOps exams, I found out that Juniper had released a new associate certificate late in the fall. This new certificate was focused on wireless technologies and the addition of the MistAI line of products to their portfolio. When I started my Juniper Networks Associate certificate challenge earlier this year, I was only planning for five certs. However, once I learned of this new exam, I knew the challenge wouldn’t be complete if I didn’t go after this as well. In the summer, I challenged myself to go after all 5 of the certs to bring awareness to their free training resources and, at the time, free exam voucher (it’s now discounted 75% off). I thankfully did pass the JNCIA-MistAI exam and the below content will help you as well. In the above video, I provided a review of the study content, the layout of the exam, and the testing from home experience with Pearson Vue. Juniper Networks provides great resources for their free training (through Junos Genius) & labs (Juniper vLabs), and discounted exam vouchers. In addition to these resources, MIST provides a site called Mist Masters, which is where the actual training class resides (this is different from the other Juniper exams). These certifications include the JNCIA-Junos (focused on routing and switching), JNCIA-SEC, JNCIA-Cloud, JNCIA-DevOps, and JNCDA (focused on design). Below I will also post a practice exam walkthrough I recorded. The purpose of this was to go through Juniper’s sample test, and explain why the answers I chose are (or are not) correct.
